Therapy Assistant Programs in Paddington, Chermside and the Gold Coast

Our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) are trained professionals who are in their final years of a Speech Pathology university degree. Our AHAs deliver therapy programs that are designed by a qualified Speech Pathologist on the Learn and Grow team. They attend regular supervision with a Certified Speech Pathologist who continually reviews your child’s progress and updates the therapy goals being targeted. This ensures that the program is tailored to your child’s individual needs and will result in highly successful treatment outcomes. Our AHAs offer services in different environments such as the home, school, child care, kindergarten or the Learn and Grow clinic. Saturday appointments are also available at our Paddington clinic.
Allied Health Assistant programs are not suitable for every child. Our Senior Speech Pathology team reviews each child’s referral and clinical history prior to offering an AHA program. Children who are well matched to the program will experience highly successful clinical outcomes and may also benefit from reduced costs, more flexible appointment times, and more access to mobile therapy supports.
