Patty (Silvia) Torres Castillo
Patty is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, Patty is dedicated to helping children and their families develop strong communication skills in both English and Spanish from an early age.
With expertise in supporting young children and teenagers across language development, social communication, speech sound disorders, literacy skills, and feeding difficulties including picky eating, she is passionate about guiding learners in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment.
Patty collaborates closely with families, empowering them with the tools and confidence to support their child’s growth. She tailors her approach to each child’s unique needs, fostering meaningful progress and helping them reach their full potential
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Certified Practising Speech Pathologist).
Patty has additional training in:
- Sounds-Write practitioner training (synthetic phonics literacy program)
- LAMP Words for Life (AAC)
