Meet Bronwyn Sutton, Clinical and Operations Advisor

Bronwyn supports the team at Learn and Grow in her role as Clinical and Operations Advisor, bringing a strong focus on clinical excellence and the delivery of high-quality, family-centred services. She works closely with therapists and leadership to ensure programs are grounded in best practice, evidence-based approaches, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of each child and family.

Bronwyn also provides external supervision to therapists in her areas of passion, including social communication, autism, parent coaching, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where families feel genuinely supported and therapists are empowered to provide exceptional care within a collaborative, values-driven culture.
