Learn and Grow use the structured, synthetic phonic program ‘SoundsWrite’ to systematically and explicitly teach the skills, conceptual knowledge and code knowledge that are essential for learning to read and spell successfully. All of our Speech pathologists who provide literacy intervention and facilitate our literacy groups have attended the 4 day intensive SoundsWrite professional training program. Our literacy group programs provide a fun and social environment for children to target their literacy development and enhance their treatment outcomes. Children are grouped according to their year group/age and level of literacy development.
